				| Hi Home manages to download the latest WE map, but then it starts to copy the file to my 740, I get an error saying that the archive file is an invalid location (C:\windows\documents and settings\my documents\tomtom\downloads\maps\...... - or something like that as its from memory!)
If I look in the location, there is a zipped up file of what seems to be the right size, but home clearly doesn't like the location!

 Any thoughts?

 Cheers

 Dazz

				| You could maybe try changing the download location in Home's preferences? (Tools menu/Preferences/Folder preferences). | |

				| I have sorted the problem thanks to a load of information on a different thread of this forum. It turms out that the crpoi.dat file in the downloaded .zip folder was corrupted and so deleting this allowed all to be installed without a hitch. Whilst not having that file means I dont have deeper details on some POIs, I think I can live with that, as it's not really a feature that I can see me really using. Thanks to all on the other thread.

				| Had a frustrating day with LMG and my new 940 Live.
With the LMG I was entitled to both North America and Europe. I waited while it downloaded the American map (2hours) only for it to fall over with a Forbidden error when it tried to start the Europe download. I therefore restarted and two hours later it did the same thing.

I then got it to only download the Europe map.. that took 3 and a half hours only for Home to tell me there wasnt enough room on the C drive for temporary files!!!

I have cleared the drive and am now downloading it again.

I wish Home would remember what it had downloaded and not always go back to the beginning!
