I tried Miofive speed app and that allows a floating speedo over everything. Miofive doesn't seem to work as it should on several phones though. All it shows is my speed.

In the Audio settings instructions it says if I can't hear anything it may be Enforced audibility settings I need to change. At the moment if my phone isn't connected to the car I can hear warnings however once the bluetooth connects to my car it goes silent. I think it's trying to play over the bluetooth. Problem is my settings don't have an option for Enforced audibility.
I can't find any contact details in the app or their webpage. Any body know hot to contact them?

Almost. The speed limit does not appear in the app or the overlay on my edge 40. Works fine on S24. And still have no Enforced audibility setting in the app to force sound on to the phone on S24 or moto edge 40.
